Add systemd-boot

Otherwise we fail mutable image build with

"An EFI bootable image with systemd-boot was requested but a systemd-boot binary was not found at /usr/lib/systemd/boot/efi"

with mkosi 26 on Debian forky

/cc @manut I wonder if you saw something similar when restructuring things or if this is triggered by changes in forky?
