release-dom-component: Remove new branch when import fails

Guido Günther requested to merge agx/dom-tools:drop-rel-branch into main

If the import fails (e.g. due to the new upstream version not being found) there's no need to keep it as gbp import-orig removed all changes on it anyway. Drop it so the next import can succeed.
