Actually touch the CSS files on upgrade

Guido Günther requested to merge fix-conf-file-hickup into debian/latest

There are no CSS files in /etc/mobile-config-firefox, they're all in subdirs. Touch these instead and remove the incorrectly touched file named '*.css'.

As this bug prevents the package from being fully removed it might make sense to backport this to stable at some point.

piuparts only warns in this case:
