Cleanup settings and prepare new version

Guido Günther requested to merge cleanup-settings into debian/latest

@a-wai and others would be nice to get some feedback here in case some of the overrides are useful on other DEs.

I left the screen-keyboard-enabled one as I can imagine it being useful with stock GNOME on tablets.
