unsolvable dependencies

On the pinephone and Librem5 we must use libqt5gui5-gles instead of libqt5gui5

On startup we get no service found for - "org.qt-project.qt.mediaplayer"

to solve that we need to depend on qtgstreamer-plugins-qt5 which will pull in libqt5gui5 and uninstall libqt5gui5-gles which will make pure maps crash on startup.
