[fairphone-fp4] Reminder to double-check fp4-relevant configs

I just realized that, even on our mobian-6.12 branch that is supposed to support the fp4, we're using qcom_defconfig config file for configuring the kernel, but there is also a fp4-specific patch in debian/patches/sm7225/0129-fp4_defconfig-add-defconfig.patch.

This could explain why a user is reporting Mobian not to be working on the FP4.

I'll double-check that all needed configs are in our qcom_defconfig as well.
