[op6-enchilada] Frequently ends in QUALCOMM CrashDump Mode on shutdown/reboot

AFAIK pmOS handles the reboot just fine, while rebooting Mobian on op6-enchilada gets almost always in crashdump. This seems to happen also on shutdown after installing/upgrading kernel. Needs further investigation
