[op6-enchilada][op6t-fajita] Pressing power button does not unblank the panel, more button presses are needed

As already discussed in !19#note_605439 and following comments, both enchilada and fajita seem to be affected: screen is off, device is (likely) suspended, screen does not unblack after first time power button is pressed. Power button needs to be pressed more times in order for the screen to unblank.

Issue was first reported by @agx on wip 6.14-qcom branch with fajita, then found this to happen on 6.12-qcom as well, but only after a reboot.

I've also seen similar behaviour on my enchilada with 6.12-qcom, but rarely and without any strange line in the journal.

Issue is not Mobian-specific, the pmOS issue is reported at pmaports#3392.
