[op6*] sdm845 no longer boots

Neither encrypted nor uncrypted builds boot (encrypted images accept a decrypt passphrase then don't get to phrog).

This happens on oneplus 6 and 6T

I also tried flashing the sdn845-phosh-20260308 image. It boots, but apt update; apt upgrade has the same issue. I am putting it here for lack of an idea where else to put it.
