Drained battery issue

Suggestion to add break=premount to kernel command line as a boot option or a fallback or suspend /init until rk818-bat reports at least 5% of battery rk818-bat: changed: dsoc=5. Otherwise there's a hardware reboot on undervoltage and battery charging process never starts (aka bootloop).

Added: Also, it's not possible to boot without battery: "Uncompressing Kernel Image" hangs.
