Pinephone: Add camera orientations

The mobian-6.1 branch already carries the patch arm64: dts: rk3399-pinephone-pro: Add correct camera rotation values / 0131-arm64-dts-rk3399-pinephone-pro-Add-correct-camera-ro.patch in debian/patches/device-tree - it would be great if https://github.com/megous/linux/commit/7ab0967ad97f8148c7e8f7b131f0dd1779f08f9e (arm64: dts: rk3399-pinephone-pro: Add camera orientations) could be added on top for proper front/back camera detection.

I would have opened an MR, but am unsure about the procedure for these patches.
