No wifi or cell modem devices or connection after recent update with trixie

I updated about a week ago and the wlan0 and the cell modem devices are disabled now and don't appear in "ip link". No services are crashing, NetworkManager is running, but the devices are gone. Using a pinephone pro. Kernel 6.12-rockchip.
