Rebase on 6.4

This rebases our kernel on top of 6.4, with the following changes:

• includes !59 (closed)
• drop (almost) all of megi's patches for imx258 and import this series instead (which is more likely to be merged upstream at some point)
• import @rmader's sensor orientation patch (Fixes #24 (closed))
• rebuild packaging files from latest kernel-template
• move defconfig patch to last position (makes it easier to edit/regenerate the defconfig)
