[op6-enchilada][op6t-fajita] Boot fails on 6.6.14

For myself, I was testing mobian-qcom-plasma-mobile-20240128.tar.xz so I decided to enable staging repo and give this a try: after upgrading linux-image-6.6-qcom from 6.6.12 to 6.6.14, on 3 subsequent boots, 3 fails.

Boot process stucks at the "boot unlocked" screen: usually this screen is presented for a couple of seconds, then kernel booting starts and boot logging is presented on the screen. Here, after a couple of seconds, some artifacts are superimposed on top of the "boot unlocked" screen and nothing happens.

I believe this issue exists on the sdm845 kernel, as well, but I haven't tested that so far. I'm reporting this here because qcom-linux repo does not have any issue section as of today.
