PinePhone isn't discoverable via bluetooth, when it's enable in Settings application
- Open Settings->Bluetooth
- Application says "Visible as "mobian" and available for Bluetooth file transfers. ... "
- Search for visible bluetooth devices on another device
- PP running mobian isn't discovered.

It looks like PP should be visible, but it's not. If settings app is closed and enable visibility using cli, then PP is visible on other devices.
