The touchscreen blocks and begins to repeat the semi-random touches.

It occurs rarely, one 1-2 times per day

The screen, normally meanwhile tipping, blocks, the last tipped letter begin to "oszillate". The generated input is somekind of semi-random. Then on powerbutton press the screen blocks and cannot be unblocked again. The only way is to power off the phone. The relevant dmesg messages:
