Oneplus 6T: Unable to unlock - Lockscreen Slide UP did not work

Hello, have a Oneplus 6T, I have flashed the following to the device. Before there was Android 11 on the device. Display worked well.

fastboot flash boot mobian-oneplus6-phosh-20220621.boot-fajita.img
fastboot -S 100M flash userdata mobian-oneplus6-phosh-20220621.root.img
fastboot erase dtbo
fastboot --set-active=a

The 6T boots up. Is in the lock screen (Show time and date).

Try to unlock with "slide up" but this did not work! How to fix this ?

ssh login did not work, may the sshd did not run as default.

ssh mobian@10.66.0.1

adb did not see a device:

$ adb devices 
List of devices attached
