[Waydroid] Phone does not go to sleep after software wake-up

In short, the phone works well if we are talking about normal use. However, if we run Waydroid, Android wakes up Linux if it wants to download data in the background. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but the system wakes up and until the user presses the screen off button - it stays in that phase.

Such a problem only occurs on battery.

I suspect the problem affects all devices and interfaces, but I have no evidence - it would be nice to check.
