pipewire and libcamera don't work on the PinePhone

It seems that Snapshot, through pipewire and libcamera, is supported on the PinePhone Pro, but not the PinePhone. I don't know if it's supported on the Librem5 or other devices, but from my understanding, the rest of the operating system uses pipewire and libcamera internally for cameras, so it's important to have it working.

I couldn't find any issue for this on here, on libcamera's bug tracker, or on Snapshot's issue tracker, so this is a question/tracker for "getting libcamera, and by extension, Snapshot, working on the PinePhone"

Please tell me where it would be most appropriate to open this issue, since this probably isn't the place.
