PinePhone Pro boot-loops if Mobian is installed with FDE

I used the following steps to install Mobian on the PinePhone Pro:

• Install Tow-Boot to SPI for easy access to eMMC
• Flash Mobian installer to eMMC
• Reboot to Mobian installer
• Install Mobian to eMMC with full disk encryption
• Restart phone and it boot-loops
