Phone Call Opposite Side Echo

There is a prominent echo effect on the other side of a phone call when using the PinePhone Pro. It was possible to somewhat reduce the echo (and a feedback effect) by reducing the input volume in Phosh's sound settings to almost muted but I don't think this is very effective and still get a lot of complaints.

Full disclosure, I have installed Pipewire in an effort to work around fast video playback issues after waking from suspend as in https://gitlab.com/mobian1/devices/rockchip-linux/-/issues/5.
