Fix APT configuration for new sources format

Arnaud Ferraris requested to merge fix-apt-config into master

The apt sources file is now installed by mobian-archive-keyring, so we don't need to provide it as an overlay anymore. The change in file format requires fixing the setup-apt.sh script accordingly, and we also have to explicitly install ca-certificates as the provided URL is HTTPS.

This MR also includes a few fixes to the apt setup script in order to:

  • pick (and enable) the right component for non-free firmware packages
  • enable security updates on Trixie
