Notify when calendar synchronization failed

It would be nice to get notification when synchronization of calendar data with Online Account has failed.

Current behaviour

  1. Open Gnome-Calendar with failed Online Account - e.g. Google account has been logged out
  2. There is no notification or graphical representation of the state that something is wrong.
  3. Only way to find out why your appointment in calendar is missing is to open menu / Online Accounts... / and there is '⚠️' symbol next to your account

Proposed behaviour

  1. Open Gnome-Calendar with failed Online Account - e.g. Google account has been logged out
  2. There is notification or graphical representation of the state that something is wrong and your calendar is not synchronized.
