Add feedbackd and wakeup timer support

As discussed in wake-mobile#2 here's the patches phosh.mobi is currently using. I got remembered by fossd yesterday that there's an issue with dark mode atm (which isn't picked up when started form the systemd unit). Mentioning it to maybe postpone merging until this is fixed.
