provide dino with libadwaita patches

I have been using this version for some time and it is available from https://people.debian.org/~praveen/dino/ I think providing this via mobian repos would be good.

Only chatty is adaptive xmmp client, but its omemo implementation is very buggy and unusable. gajim is not planning to make it adaptive. So dino seems only reasonable option on phones and making it easy to use will help a long way. Instant messaging is a core feature of a smart phone. Official release may take a long time so we can provide it via mobian repos until that time.

I'm willing to maintain this.
