This will preserve pigeonhole/ across upstream version upgrades.

Git-Dch: ignore

Keep everything installed under /usr/lib for the time being. Moving ot
/usr/lib/<triplet> requires configuration changes.

Use single-debian-patch to auto-generate the pigeonhole patch. Also drop
unapply-patches, as it will try to unapply the single debian patch.

Update to upstream version '2.2.34'
with Debian dir a227b3bb7f189a45036e5ed8b9a16ddc1cdaefb5

all-settings.c is a generated file. Instead of patching it, remove it
and let it be re-generated. This keeps our patches cleaner and ensures
consistency between individual component settings and the global
settings set.
