It was reported that the forwarding done by packages.debian.org breaks SPF checks as there is no sender rewriting implemented. This is a workaround for that bug in the forwarding system.

Judging from the current content of the held queue there are a lot of spam mails that are not scanned due to their size being larger than 1M. SpamAssassin can generally handle large messages quite well, let it deal with it.
