Please archive the mailing list pkg-parrot-devel. We removed the parrot packages from Debian in 2016, the upstream is no longer active.

Note, the pkg-parrot-devel list was for work on Debian packages of the language runtime named Parrot (parrot.org), not for the Debian derivative distro named Parrot (parrotlinux.org).
