Improves desktop integration

Olivier Humbert requested to merge trebmuh-guest/alsa-tools:patch-2 into debian/master
  • install alsa-tools icon (used by the desktop file but not installed till now)
  • use upstream desktop files instead of Debian ones
  • improve upstream desktop files (patch)
  • remove the debian/ desktop files which are superseeded by using the upstream ones

Note that this merge request closes #896471 .
