The default region_name in OpenStack is RegionOne, not regionOne.
The result is that, the documentation (e.g. at [1]) is wrong and the
services installed are not configured correctly by default.

It seems it's no problem for majority of openstack services.
But freezer has problem with default, it really wants Default.

Check openstack domain list:
