follow LTS advisories rename (see #859122)

Antoine Beaupré requested to merge lts into master

The DLA files have been move in their own hierarchy, but some external sites might refer to the older URLs. Support the older URLs with a rewrite pattern.

We also add support for the LTS-specific map now that we can't depend on the DSA-specific one.
