WIP: android-platform-system-core(finished running lintian)

WIP: I am unable to resolve the dependencies error It says libselinux and libunwind are unsigned. There are few dependencies to be solved 1)android-platform-external-boringssl(openssl library latest) latest version is required. 2)lib dns_sd.h is to be imported. It's not mdnssd 3)Backtrace.h has naming conflicts with ucontext standard library. I just made a temporary solution by including them in debian/include
