While this requires a few patches in order to actually build on
non-Android systems, `adbd` can be a useful tool for embedded
developement and probably other use cases.

As it was previously shipped as `android-tools-adbd` (up until upstream
version 5.1.1), we also need to conflict with and replace this package
with the new one.

Package `adbd` built from this commit has been successfully tested on
amd64 computers (using network transport) and arm64 devices (PinePhone
Pro, using USB transport).
