Improvements for the Archive field

Right now the field is displaying the version in the development repository and has a link to the package pool.

I would suggest:

• the link should point to the source package (.dsc file)
• there should be a popover displaying the versions available in all the repositories (similar to the "versions" panel but with links to the source package for consistency)
