Update to 1.1.2

Marek Marczykowski-Górecki requested to merge marmarek/python-fido2:debian/sid into debian/sid

Update to new upstream release. There is no setup.py file anymore, so that needed to be adjusted. Take a look also at my upstream and pristine-tar branches (I cannot really make multi-branch merge request...).

CI fails, but it's unclear to me why, likely some issue with CI system itself because it fails on artifacts upload only.

I'm not sure how you would prefer changelog to be annotated, feel free to reformat however you like, including adjusting author if that's how you prefer it.
