Static partition UUIDs

The asahi installer does not change partition UUIDs during installation: UUIDs are equal for all users that installed the same image. Among other things, this creates issues for multiboot environments: if a user tries to install the same image twice (to have multiple Debian installations on their machine) they'll end up with multiple partitions sharing the same UUID on their SSD.
