Mini M2 failed to wakeup

Energy stuff being disabled in Gnome, monitor led in sleep mode. Mini is connected to network, ssh-server installed.

After a while -was used yesterday evening and I wanted to connect this morning around 10 oclock but no reaction: led on keyboard was off, playing with mouse didn't help more. No need to say that trying to open a console using Ctrl+Alt+Fx was unsuccessful. I tried to connect using ssh and got "host not found". I tried to wake it up by pressing the power on button, no more reaction. I tried 4 times to push the button if I well remember. Finally I switch it off by long press.
