Chapel k-nucleotide Brad Chamberlain

In recent releases, the Chapel 'Sort' module has been stabilized, resulting in the redefinition/renaming of some of its symbols. 'Sort' is used by the current Chapel implementations of k-nucleotide, which will stop working with Chapel 2.3 due to these renamings. The attached versions should be used in their place if/when the site updates to Chapel 2.3, and are designed to be stable going forward.
