Import upstream version 5.82

This fixes https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1087941

It is probably easier to gbp import-orig the new version and then cherry pick the patches on top. Alternatively I would be happy to help maintaining bluez (and bluez-alsa).
