Website output

./po-debconf-manager.py generate-html OUTPUT_DIR (or similar): generate HTML file(s) with list of packages, completion, status, etc.

The website output should include screenshots of the translated (and non-translated as well?) debconf screens. Done via tools/podebconf-screenshot-po (which might be integrated into po-debconf-manager.py at that time).
