This configuration matches the 'mupdf-1.0.tar' source release provided
at opensource.palm.com as the base source for the version of mupdf
shipped on the Palm Pre devices. It corresponds to the mupdf source
as it was on 20070105.

That package had one other change, in that the .cff font files in the
fonts directory were replaced with their .c counterparts, which are
generated as intermediate files in the normal jam build.
