Joining the Chinese Team

Hello,

I am fairly new to Debian and am very interested in getting more involved in the community, especially with the Chinese Team and China related projects. I currently maintain two packages and am looking to do more. I can assist with translations as well as packaging, and maintaining. I would like to join the Chinese Team. Is there a process for joining?
