See webmaster-team/webwml@0977f8d2 . It removed reports of events with Debian presence (1999 - 2013?), including reports from the first DebConf's, from www.d.o wml git. See e.g. https://web.archive.org/web/20230318054715/https://www.debian.org/events/1998/ , https://web.archive.org/web/20220115212253/https://www.debian.org/events/2001/0704-debcon-report and https://web.archive.org/web/20230318054715/https://www.debian.org/events/2013/ . Maybe this content could get restored and hosted at chronicles.debian.org ? If not, I might find time to incorporate it in the debian-history package.
