improve design of the main package page

The package page currently displays only "pure" test results, i.e. only the results where no packages from a different suite are involved:

This sometimes confuses users, because they see different results in each suite/architecture page that are not displayed here. we need to find a new design for this page that keeps the display of these "pure" test results, but also displays a summary of other tests (e.g. testing/unstable migration tests).
