Retry page has `autorefresh` enabled causing multiple retries

I just scheduled a retry. For some reason I left the page open and was surprised to suddenly see it change and say "two jobs with that trigger pending"... So it turns out that the retry page has an autoretry in the HTML header. I think that page shouldn't have one.
