Exact matches in search code should not result in having to go to page 196

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to https://ci.debian.net/ and enter "ola" in the search field

Actual results:

The ola package is on page 196

Expected results:

The ola package (exact match) should be immediately visible on page 1, not page 196.
