[API] the get interface should be extended with a "suite" field and ignore the requester
The API already has the knowledge of authenticated users. However, if random Debian Developers can re-trigger a failing test case, britney should get all the results (hence ignoring the requester). In order to not get all the results of different suites, which may belong to different distributions altogether, the API should be extended with a "suite" field.
Original bug report was:
[web] the page with results should have a retry option for authenticated users
Once Debian's britney starts using debci / ci.d.n to run autopkgtest on its behalf, Debian Developers should have the ability to request a retry of a failing test case, e.g. because a dependency got fixed in testing the main time.
