Daily image builds need to use current image configuration

The debian-cloud-images-daily repository embeds debian-cloud-images as a submodule, which means that the daily builds are generated based on a point-in-time snapshot of that repository. In order for the daily images to actually be useful for evaluating the current state of our image configuration, we need to be building them from the up-to-date 'master' state.
