Next try to support proposed updates images

We should do another try to build images with proposed updates enabled. This will allow us to release point releases earlier.

Initial proposal:

• Those are built daily as the normal ones and put into /$dist/daily/pu/.
• On release time we can specify PU or normal and both are installed into /$dist/.
• Some was to distinguish them needs to be added.
