imporper formating of mailto links in provider page

In the image finder's provider view, such as https://image-finder.debian.net/provider/1 there is a box with a "Need Help?" caption. Within this box is a mailto: link referring to the debian-cloud mailing list. The mailto link is written as mailto://debian-cloud@lists.debian.org, which is incorrect. It should be mailto:debian-cloud@lists.debian.org, without the slash characters.
